Just a quick precaution for anyone managing Google Business Profiles.
If you are managing important GBPs under a single Google account, I would avoid keeping that as the only owner or manager.
- Add multiple trusted email IDs as owners or managers. These can be your own accounts or accounts belonging to trusted friends, family members, or team members.
- Even better, use a Google Workspace account with your own domain rather than depending entirely on free Gmail accounts.
Don't keep all your GBP eggs in one Gmail basket.
