Cancellation and Refund Policy

Google Business Profile reinstatement

Pay on success. I take the reinstatement fee only after your profile is reinstated. If it is not reinstated, you pay nothing.
Advance. If I ask for an advance after reviewing your case, it is deducted from the final fee. If your profile is not reinstated, the advance is refunded within 5 to 7 business days, except as stated under “False documents or hidden information” below.
Cancelling. Reinstatement can take 30 days or more, because Google decides the timing. Once you have confirmed the work and I have started, please give me a minimum of 30 days before you cancel. After 30 days you can cancel by telling me by email or WhatsApp. If your profile has not been reinstated by then and you cancel, you owe nothing for reinstatement work.
Early cancellation. If you cancel before 30 days and your profile is then reinstated through the work already done, the reinstatement fee is still due.
After reinstatement. Once your profile is reinstated and the fee is paid, the work is complete and the fee is not refundable.

50% is paid upfront and the balance on completion.
If you cancel before I have started work, I refund the upfront payment.
Once I have started, the upfront payment is not refundable, because it covers work already done.
The final files are handed over after the full fee is paid.

These are charged upfront for each month.
To stop, tell me by email or WhatsApp at least 7 days before your next monthly payment is due. There is no minimum term.
The month already paid is not refunded.
Money you pay to Google for ads is never refundable by me.

If you give me fake, altered or misleading documents, or do not disclose everything about the suspension and its history, I may stop work at once.
In that case, any advance or other payment you have already made is not refunded.
This applies to every service I provide.

If a refund is due, I send it within 5 to 7 business days to the original payment method.
GST, where charged, is refunded along with the amount it applies to.
