1. Cancellation
You may cancel your service request within 24 hours of placing the order, provided work has not started.
2. Refunds
Refunds are only issued in these cases:
- Duplicate payment
- Service not delivered as committed (with proper justification)
We do not issue refunds for completed or partially completed work.
3. Refund Process
