1. Who I am

These terms cover the services I provide on vinaytoshniwal.com. I am Vinay Toshniwal, based in Vizianagaram, Andhra Pradesh, India. I provide Google Business Profile reinstatement, website design and development, local SEO and Google Ads management for local businesses. By contacting me or hiring me, you agree to these terms.

2. Scope

Before I start, I confirm in writing what I will do, the fee and the timeline. Work outside that scope is quoted separately.

3. Your part

You must give me true and complete information about your business and your Google Business Profile, including the full history of the suspension, any earlier appeals, and any changes or violations that may have caused it. You share the documents, content and access I ask for in good time. Delays on your side move the timeline.

Fake, altered or misleading documents are not accepted. If I find that you gave false documents or hid relevant details, I may stop work at once, and any payment you have already made is not refunded. False information can also lead to a permanent suspension or other account problems.

4. Google Business Profile reinstatement

I review suspended or disabled profiles, prepare the appeal and documents Google needs, and submit them. Only Google decides whether a profile is reinstated, and my success rate is a record of past work, not a promise for your case. I work only on legitimate businesses.

Once you confirm the work and I start, you agree to allow at least 30 days before cancelling. Reinstatement stays valid only if the profile follows Google's guidelines, and a new suspension caused by new changes or violations is a new case.

5. Website design and development

The pages, features and timeline are agreed in writing before I start. Two rounds of revisions are included, and extra changes are quoted separately. The website and its files become yours once the full fee is paid. Domain and hosting costs are not part of the fee unless I say so in writing.

6. Local SEO

I follow Google's guidelines and use white-hat methods only. No one can guarantee rankings, because results depend on Google, competitors and many other factors.

7. Google Ads

Your ad budget is paid by you directly to Google and is separate from my fee. The ad account stays in your name and you have access to it at all times. I do not guarantee leads, calls or sales.

8. Fees and payment

• Reinstatement: USD 500 to USD 1,000 on success, depending on the category and violation type. Pay only on successful reinstatement. After I review your case, I may ask for an advance if the profile carries a higher risk. I confirm this in writing before I start, and you can decide whether to go ahead. The advance is deducted from the final fee.
• Website design and development: 50% upfront and the balance on completion, before the final files are handed over.
• Local SEO and Google Ads management: charged upfront for each month.
• Payment is made through PayPal. For clients in India, GST at 18% is added to the fee.

10. Confidentiality

I keep your account and business details private and use them only for your work.

11. Privacy

How I handle your information is in the Privacy Policy.

12. Limits

I am not part of Google and have no control over its decisions or timelines. I am not liable for losses from a profile staying suspended, from ad or ranking results, or from problems caused by changes made outside my work.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are handled in the courts of Vizianagaram, Andhra Pradesh.

14. Changes

I may update these terms and will change the date above.
